Cancellation Policy
Hakuba Platinum Booking Cancellation Policy:

1. Deposit Requirement
• A deposit of 30% of the total accommodation cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
• If you cancel your booking 30 days or more prior to your stay, your deposit will be refunded in full.
• For cancellations made within 30 days of your stay, it is non-refundable.
3. Balance Payment
• The remaining balance of your accommodation cost is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If the balance is not paid by this time, your reservation may be subject to cancellation and the deposit forfeited.
4. Changes to Your Booking
• Any changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. No-Show Policy
• Failure to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and any payments made.
6. Force Majeure Clause
• In circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), refunds or rescheduling options will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Accepted Payment Methods
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers.

Payment period
For credit card payments, the charge will be processed immediately upon booking.
For bank transfers, payment must be completed within 7 days of the booking request.

Guests may choose to pay the full amount upfront, or a 30% deposit to secure their booking. In the case of a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the check-in date.

Price
Accommodation rates vary depending on the season, number of guests, and room type. The final price will be displayed during the booking process.
